While our season generally runs April through October, we do offer monthly and seasonal rates on our RV sites.

Yes! Feel free to bring along your furry companions.

Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM

We require all RVs to be no older than 10 years unless otherwise approved by management.

We have three different RV site types to choose from:

  • Standard: 30 amp power and water, for those that don’t need sewer hookups.
  • Premium: 30/50 amp full hookup sites with sewer, water, and power.
  • Elite: 30/50 amp full hookup sites with sewer, water, power, and waterfront views.

Reservation Policies

  • Short-term reservations (less than 30 days): 50% due at booking, remaining balance at check-in.
  • Long-term reservations: 50% deposit of the first month’s stay required at booking.

Cancellation Policies

  • Short‑term:
    – Deposits fully refundable if canceled 14+ days before check-in.
  • Long‑term:
    – 50% of deposit refunded if canceled 30+ days before arrival.
    – Deposit forfeited if canceled within 30 days.
    – 30-day notice prior to departure required to avoid extra charges.
